Cashback

“My business was born out of the frustration with cash back schemes. I wanted a more curated service than the other sites offer.” – Kate Thornton

GetUpside partners with businesses to give you cash back on everyday purchases. Most of the partner businesses are gas stations, but in some areas there are restaurant and grocery offers as well.

The best part about this mobile app is that is shows local gas stations and their gas prices so you can truly get the cheapest price and still get the most cashback. Using the link will get you an additional amount the first time you submit for cashback.

Ibotta is an American mobile technology company based in Denver, Colorado that enables users with its smartphone app to earn cash back on in-store, mobile app, and online purchases with receipt submission, linked retailer loyalty accounts, payments, and/or purchase verification.

Ibotta is one of the apps I use to submit my grocery receipts to get cashback. While it does promote items I don’t buy, it still gives a good amount of money back for the ones I do purchase

The survey section of Swagbucks is an aggregation of other sites, which gives it an edge over competitors in the sheer volume of surveys it offers.

Despite it’s aim towards filling out survey’s, I find Swagbucks most useful with more cashback when getting groceries. Paired with Ibotta you can get double the cashback with the same purchase. As far as surveys, I have found that they are not worth the time. Other companies such as Amazon Mturk are more beneficial for your time.
